About the Role

Are you passionate about data and analytics?

Uber Eats is looking for a Sales Operations Intern to partner with our regional sales teams, whose focus ranges from small businesses through to large corporate customers.

You'll help build and drive EMEA strategy for how Uber markets and sells into businesses of all sizes while also driving the deployment of internal systems to boost efficiency. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that possesses analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in different sales functions & teams.

What You'll Do

• Optimise sales tooling, such as sales territory mapping, by reviewing large datasets in our CRM (Salesforce)
• Support lead generation efforts to help execute on our sales campaign plan. This will involve:
• Coordinating with external outsourcing vendors to qualify and enrich leads
• Providing analysis of the France, Belgium, Switzerland (FBS) total addressable market to infer targets, goals
• Cultivate insights to inform FBS sales strategies, GTM & campaign progress
• Clean & structure large sales datasets to improve CRM data quality & sales productivity
• Track, build & maintain sales performance dashboards to improve & visualise the performance of our sales teams

Basic Qualifications

• Written and spoken fluency in English and French
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree
• Availability to work 6 months full time in 2021 starting in March
• Working rights in France (No sponsorship available)

Prefered Qualifications

• CRM or Salesforce familiarity
• SQL Experience
• A master with Excel or Google Sheets, formulas and querying

Ce que vous ferez

• Optimiser les outils de vente, tels que la gestion des territoires, en s'appuyant sur les donnees de notre CRM (Salesforce).
• Soutenir les efforts de generation de leads pour faciliter l'execution des campagnes de vente. Cela implique:
• Travailler en collaboration avec l'equipe centrale pour acquerir, qualifier et enrichir les leads.
• Fournir des analyses de marche potentiel FBS (France, Belgique, Suisse) afin de definir les cibles et objectifs pour les campagnes de vente.
• Effectuer des analyses pertinentes afin de definir la strategie de vente FBS, ainsi que des axes d'amelioration pour l'execution des campagnes.
•S'assurer de la conformite et exhaustivite des donnees CRM (Salesforce) propres a l'ensemble des equipes commerciales de la France, Belgique et Suisse.

• Creer et maintenir des tableaux de bord afin de donner de la visibilite sur la performance de notre equipe commerciale au top management.
• Analyser les resultats et proposer des mesures correctives pour ameliorer la performance de notre equipe commerciale.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin

• Experience en analyse de large sets de donnees et capacite a utiliser les donnees pour generer des informations pertinentes pour l'aide a la prise de decision, en particulier:
• Connaissance du CRM ou de Salesforce.com (de preference)
• Experience avec SQL
• Excellentes competences en Excel et Google Sheets
• Capable d'apprendre vite et de s'adapter a un environnement dynamique et en constante evolution.
• Solides competences en organisation et en priorisation avec une excellente attention aux details.
• Combinaison de pensee creative, capacite a resoudre des problemes et attitude positive pour surmonter tout obstacle.
• Stage de fin d'etudes favorable: Dernier stage d'etudes en ecole d'ingenieur, ecole de commerce ou universite.
• La maitrise de l'anglais est requise, la maitrise du francais est un gros plus.
• Disponibilite pendant 6 mois.
• Autorisation de travail en France.
