About the Role

*The schedule for this position is Wednesday - Saturday 1pm - 12am.*

The Customer Success Coordinator is a detailed oriented executor who handles recurring operational responsibilities for customers. They are familiar with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and consistently execute them to a high standard. They provide world-class, cross-functional support to both our internal and external partners, to ensure seamless weekend operations. They must possess exemplary problem solving and conflict resolution skills. They will serve as a partner to our weekday account managers by communicating relevant solutions to support Uber Freight's business objectives.

What You'll do

• Take ownership when solving the service needs of our customers and transportation partners
• Support existing customer accounts with world-class service
• Build and schedule loads in our internal systems
• Work with account managers, customers, and carrier partners to aid in timely resolutions and processing of line haul/accessorial payments
• Support fast-paced, centralized operational account coverage
• Handle all issues that arise during the movement of goods/freight
• Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience with customer interactions and communications
• Ability to work Sunday to Wednesday from 1pm to 1am.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a professional environment within the supply chain industry
• Excel and Project Management experience a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate and work with a highly diverse set of external and internal partners
• Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution
• Proven ability to tackle complex problems under pressure
• Ability to be inventive, creative, and gets things done
• Strong problem solving skills and confidence therein
