Manager, Rider Experience, Bangalore, Karnataka

About the Role

As a Regional Operations Manager, Rider Experience (India & South Asia) you'll be responsible for creating delightful rider experiences across the lifecycle. You will be a part of a broader Rider Operations team that is obsessed with all things rider including rider acquisition & partnerships, funnel, engagement, loyalty & experience. You'll have a deep understanding of rider behavior and help identify key areas to improve rider experience and reduce long-term rider churn.

\\---- What the Candidate Will Do ----

• Project management & Executional excellence - Plan and manage multiple projects & campaigns with the ability to execute flawlessly in a constantly changing, complex environment
• Problem Solving - Solve business challenges through first-principle thinking & robust analysis. Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps
• Strategic Thinking - Visualize long-term rider strategy and create a clear roadmap to execute on the strategy
• Stakeholder management & Teamwork - Build and develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Category Teams, Regional teams etc.) in order to successfully contribute to the long-term growth of the business
• Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength.

\\---- Basic Qualifications ----

• 3+ years of experience with strong analytical skills, excellent time-management and organizational habits, and experience creating and optimizing processes
• Data-driven decision making ability & sound judgment through analytical thinking to assess project performance. Excel skills necessary
• The ability to clearly communicate and present information to stakeholders across all levels of the business
• Creative mindset that enjoys experimentation and is willing to take bold bets despite risk of failure
• Operational/analytical/commercial experience gained in marketing, operations management, consulting, investment banking
