Talent Intelligence Strategist, Dallas, Texas

As our Talent Intelligence Strategist, your purpose will be to analyze labor market data to drive Uber's Talent Acquisition function forward. You will be responsible for analyzing and prioritizing global talent market data and trends. This role supports Uber's objectives by ensuring our Recruiting strategy is advised and motivated by labor market trends and competitive intelligence coordinated with business strategy. The role may be in office/virtual/hybrid (open to any location) within the Talent Intelligence team.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and report on key labor market trends to advise the global Talent Acquisition organization (e.g. location, migration, skills, and competitor analyses)
• Communicate analyses and insights to cross-functional stakeholders
• Improve existing data-collection methods and insight sharing templates

Basic Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis roles such as consulting, executive search, business intelligence, market research, or data analytics - preferably in Recruiting and/or HR
• Sophisticated Google Sheets/Excel experience (e.g. pivot tables, QUERY, visualizations)
• Ability to work in a quick-moving environment and prioritize among projects while maintaining attention to detail
