About the Role

This role will be managing development and releases of product enhancements and new product deployments for People Analytics, whose mission is to help our business and employees thrive by providing actionable insights curated through analytic products and services. Through this role, we want to ensure our team and partners are well coordinated with clear project plans, proactive change management and effective communications.

You will be responsible for program management of our existing Continuous Listening products including recurring releases of the Employee Experience Pulse (EXP) surveys and updates to Continuous Listening results, as well as project plans for new product launches.

What You'll Do

• Build project plans, coordinate core teams, and track progress and milestones to ensure successful launch of continuous listening surveys and self-service solutions that deliver people insights to end users
• Partner closely with HR business partners and cross-functional stakeholders to gather feedback on existing products
• Lead the communications and change management related to any new products or improvements
• Proactively identify risks to project execution and develop basic mitigation plans
• Ensure quality assurance testing is robust and complete prior to release

Basic Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience

• Experience in program design, program management, and change management
• Consistent track record of successfully leading large scale global projects

• Flexibility - adapt to ever-changing situations quickly and effectively while maintaining positive attitude; an open mind to new insights; willing to challenge status quo
• Communication - excellent at communicating information to audiences of all levels in a clear and concise manner
