About the Role

Uber Freight and Transplace are joining forces to build the best in class end to end logistics ecosystem for shippers and carriers. Each team operates independent brokerages and have varied strengths and gaps. This role will work closely with integrations partners from both teams to help implement a short and long term effort to integrate the brokerage teams. Ultimately, this person will drive direct benefits through partnerships across the business while ensuring the best aspects of each brokerage are retained.

What the Candidate Will Do

• Work cross functionally with senior leaders, integrations and operations teams to ensure targets and deadlines are met in a timely and organized fashion
• Track overall performance and key operating metrics to show integration progress on operations integrations
• Experience working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external team members

Basic Qualifications for Program Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in business/economics/related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 4 years of consulting, banking, data science, business intelligence, Supply Chain or related experience

Basic Qualifications for Sr Program Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in business/economics/related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum 6 years of consulting, banking, data science, business intelligence, Supply Chain or related experience

Preferred Qualifications for Program Manager and Sr Program Manager

• Master's Degree
• At least 5+ years of in leading large scale projects and programs
• Experience creating and driving cross-functional strategic projects with a focus on relationship and trust building
• SQL expertise and exceptional Excel and Data Management Skills
• Proven track record to lead initiatives, meet deadlines, and deliver results
• Metrics-driven project management approach
