About the Role

This is an outstanding and exciting opportunity to join Uber for Business (U4B), Uber's mobility and delivery solution for Enterprise and Corporate customers. U4B is rapidly growing in the EMEA region and wants to expand the team in order to scale.

As part of this developing team you will be responsible for leading accounts across the high-growth Enterprise and Mid-Market segments. We will expect you to provide an outstanding customer experience, cultivate long-standing relationships amongst executive level partners within sophisticated, matrix organizations at large multinationals.

What You'll Do

• Engage with existing and newly acquired French customers by email, phone and in person to establish trust and build long term value
• Represent U4B and our solution suite in the French market, help high value customers meet their own goals and objectives in relation to their delivery and mobility needs
• Combine your deep Uber product knowledge and experience in the French market with professional storytelling along with data and insights to help customers conceptualize how U4B can benefit their organization, employees and customers
• Keep up to date with the latest business, industry, customer and product trends
• Build, prioritize and progress your pipeline to meet and exceed, weekly, quarterly and half yearly goals and targets
• Maintain accurate sales data and records using CRM tools including Salesforce

What You'll Need

• A minimum 3 years of successful sales, business development and account/relationship management experience is required but we will consider other candidates if they meet our other requirements
• Proven track record of relationship-based sales or account management-related success.
• Consistent achievement of mission-critical metrics, quarterly revenue targets, and company goals
• Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations as well as being able to effectively champion customer needs and nurture relationships
• A growth oriented outlook and relish the challenge of working in a fast-paced, diverse team environment
• Strong use of insights and confidence around data-centric decision making
• Ability to problem solve on your feet, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the Sales organization across EMEA
• Excellent organization, project management and time management skills
• Resourcefulness, creativity and an unwavering focus on partnership with customers
• Fluency in English and French
• Proficiency in salesforce is a plus
